The wheel flipper/flicker system consists of four key components: the top, bottom, middle flipper, and base. All four parts must be printed with PLA material for optimal results. The bottom piece requires supports during printing, but a revised design could potentially eliminate this need entirely. For now, use revision 2.0 as a guide. The middle flipper is designed to produce a satisfying noise when it hits the steel pegs on the wheel. To achieve this effect, print it with a soft material like TPE or TPU. When printing these materials, follow your specific printer's settings for optimal results. Additional components are required to make the system fully functional and can be sourced from a local home improvement store. These include 3-inch bolts, 1/4 T-nuts, washers, metal T-shape connectors, rubber bands, and assorted screws.
