The hole is 5.1mmAssemblyGet a set of BMW 68mm wheel caps.Carefully remove the badges from the BMW caps and refit to your printed ones. Some sanding may be required depending on your printer.Optional - Reuse spring retainer from aftermarket wheel caps that may have come with your wheelsMind that printed parts like the on tabs these will never be as strong or flexible as injection moulded ones.
