I discovered that the wheel center can be effortlessly swapped with a bespoke design. I crafted a parametrized OpenSCAD file to achieve this goal. Feel free to modify or use the OpenSCAD file as a foundation for your own unique creations. Default settings accommodate the original alloy Skoda wheel I tested on. The motif can be an extruded SVG or a heightmap. It prints upside down without support in ABS if the motif side is flat or right-side up by filling the inner circle within the clips. (The T.svg is not the official logo of Thingiverse, since it was unavailable to me, so I created something entirely new.)
