To fix my broken one, I created a duplicate. Updates include a 2mm hole in the entire model. For printing, use silver color plastic for cap_main and cap_back, black for cap_black, and any color (originally chromium) for cap_letter. Assemble by gluing cap_main and cap_back together, then attaching cap_letter and cap_black in the correct positions using a pin.
