I present to you the front wheel bushing set for Husqvarna's HU700H push mower, part number 532439077. The bracket, labeled BRACKET.FRT.AXLE.SUPPORT by the manufacturer, requires one set per side. Only one screw holds this bracket in place, but I strongly advise using a second screw on the opposite side. A simple solution is to use existing holes and secure both pieces with screws. Printing best results when oriented as shown, supports enabled, and durable materials recommended. PETG worked well for me, but carbon fiber could be an even better option. To achieve optimal quality, carefully drill out the screw hole to round it at 0.2mm without enlarging it further. A minimum of 1.6mm walls (using a 0.4mm nozzle) and high infill are suggested; I used 70% triangle infill for best results.
