I Design a Fully Functional Wheel Bearing Using 3D Printing Technology. The Entire Component Can Be Printed in One Piece Without Any Additional Parts Required. My Model Incorporates Slimmer Spaced Tolerances, Ensuring a Clean and Smooth Spin. With Tighter Part Tolerances, There's Minimal Room for the Components to Shift or Move Unnecessarily. I Found That Most 100% Printable Bearings Have Significant Loose Spacing After Assembly, But This Design Overcomes That Issue. The Result is a Wheel Bearing that Feels Surprisingly Sturdy and Smooth in Operation.
