Wheel Adapter for Nexus Mechanum to Rev

We're adapting a wheel adapter for 100mm Nexus Mechanum wheels (https://www.robotshop.com/en/100mm-mecanum-wheel-set.html) to Rev. On the inside of each plate, we're using the Rev Hub Strengtheners http://www.revrobotics.com/rev-41-1147/. There's plenty of space for the hub strengthener on the inside of the plate so the entire assembly isn't much wider than the wheels themselves. These can be made by laser cutting, 3D printing, or machining.
