I print the wheel and tire with precision. The hub is printed at 20% infill for added strength. Meanwhile, the flexible PLA or TPA "tire" is printed at a higher 30% infill to ensure flexibility. After printing, I spray Plasti Dip on the tires, letting it soak up multiple coats until fully saturated. This process includes the inside of the hub hole as well, making sure everything is thoroughly coated. Once dry, another coat is applied for an extra layer of rubberized protection.
