I made a custom wheel for my motor using Tinker Cad, which can now serve as the ultimate template for any wheel. I've edited it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/c15m149EdCF. To customize this design to fit your needs, simply ungroup the object to adjust the housing sizes. I'm printing with my MakerBot Replicator 2 printer, and here are the settings I've chosen: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Infill: 15% infill is more than sufficient.
