The initial concept centers around wrapping a baby carriage with an oversized covering, specifically designed for its wheels that rotate smoothly. This extensive design can be easily adjusted to fit various wheel sizes by scaling it down or up while keeping the proportional balance intact on both X and Y axes and adjusting the Z axis height in accordance with the desired tire width.
