IntroductionThis is my first design adventure, and my first make posted to PrusaPrinters, so apologies in advance.  :-)This model was designed to replace a broken wheel on an old Brinkmann outdoor grill:The design accommodates a special grill end cap (not included) that helps to keep the wheel in place:The wheel dimensions are:Diameter:  7 inches (17.78 cm)Axle Hole Diameter:  11/16 inches (17.50 mm)Design files are included so you can modify the wheel to meet your own requirements. (Sorry, wheel design is non-parametric.)Printing RecommendationsMaterial:  PETG, or some other stronger material (e.g. ASA, PC, Nylon, etc.). Layer Height:  0.2 mm (or greater depending on nozzle size)Perimeters:  4 (or greater for better strength)Infill:  15% (or greater); gyroid fill patternSupports:  Yes, build plate only supports are needed for the concave axle opening. This is the side of the model that should face the print bed. Depending on your printer, you may possibly also need supports for the rounded wheel edges along the circumference.I printed the model using PETG and the specifications above, and the wheel has been working fine over the last couple of years - no damage or cracks, and it has withstood the weather.
