What's the time
thingiverse
I created this time-telling tool to help my kids grasp the concept of hours and minutes. I drew inspiration from an idea I stumbled upon, but unfortunately, I can't recall who originally came up with it. The design has some kinks that need ironing out, but for now, it's functional enough. Here are some improvements I plan to tackle in the future: - Rotate the numbers so they face the correct direction when the cube is turned. - Design the pockets on the back of the cube with a slight downward tilt to prevent cubes from falling out when the clock is vertical; as it stands, they tend to drop if the clock is shaken. - Add recessed areas on the flat surfaces for custom stickers, perhaps featuring illustrations that represent different times of day.
