Idea by my wife, designed by me. What's Cookin' Good Lookin', with eggs for two o's, and eyes for two o's.

Print Settings

0.2mm layer height
Print Thin Walls enabled

I use Cura and an Ender 3v2 so some settings may be named differently.

Filament Changing

This magnet is designed to be bicolor, white for the plate, and black for the text to get realistic eyes. In Cura, the filament swap script is used at layer 21 (using layer height 0.2mm). This means that layer 21 is the first layer with the new color. HOWEVER, Cura treats layer numbering really weird, internally layer numbering starts at 0, but in the UI it starts at 1. In the GCODE, the filament change command should be run BEFORE layer 20. This is because “layer 21” is actually layer 20 (since it starts from 0). I am not sure how PrusaSlicer treats layer numbering and filament swaps, so be wary. It is absolutely necessary to swap colors at the correct layer because the outline for the eyes only occurs at one layer, the first layer with the new color.

Magnets

The design has spots for two 0.3in x 0.11in magnets (I live in the US so sizing is weird). This size was chosen because it is what is readily available at The Home Depot. Feel free to remix the design to work with other magnets. The magnets I found (link) are rated for 2.6lbs each, so the pair should be plenty strong to hold papers, to-do lists, grocery lists, and pictures.

Disclaimer

I am a novice modeler, in fact this is my first model on Printables :). Please go easy on me. All I know for the time being is Tinkercad, and that is what I used to design this. Feel free to message me for the link to edit the model.
