WHAM! BAM! POW! Comic Onomatopoeia Sound Effects
prusaprinters
Inspired by the Adam West Batman series I loved watching as a child of the 80's (that rubber shark 😂). Designed for the “Typography Fun!” contest.I sketched and modelled these myself based on some Googling of comic book sound effects. At 0.2 mm layer height you will get 6 layers in total for a final thickness of 1.2 mm. They print in about an hour or less.Three colours for best effect:The first two layers are your background colour e.g. Yellow;then two layers in your text colour e.g. Red;then two layers outline e.g. Black. If you print with a draft shield (Prusaslicer, print settings, draft shield) then the colours are much cleaner as any oozing or gaps get left in the draft shield. You can Blu Tack them to your walls or family pictures for some added fun. The are thin enough to trap between the glass and the frame on most clip frames meaning you can quickly slot one in.Thanks for looking.
