This Fusion 360-designed dunk tank is specifically created for wet plate collodion sensitizing. It can accommodate up to 8"x10" plates and has internal dimensions of .625" x 8.35" x 12". The tank requires less than 1000ml of solution to fully cover a plate. The model is disassemblable, allowing each part to be measured, laid out, and then CNC'd or cut with a table saw using acrylic sheets of .205" thickness. The creator plans to build the tank within 30 days and welcomes any design suggestions. A public domain image of Abe is used for illustration purposes, with the understanding that plate development occurs after dunking it in the solution.
