Designed to fit on Lund silver nitrate and fixer tanks to make pouring easier. Requires a gasket of some sort to be 100% effective. I've used rolled up teflon tape place in the channel for the lid and seems to work well. Printed flat with spout up and channel down works well with supports only touching build plate.
