This polishing shroud is designed for either wet or dry polishing and keeps the water / dust contained. The shroud is designed to fit the Harbor Freight Drill Master 7in Polisher (62861 - https://www.harborfreight.com/7-in-10-amp-variable-speed-polisher-62861.html ) The original purpose of this shroud was for use on making concrete countertops. To finish counter tops it requires both wet and dry polishing.
