Introducing Western House #10 from the village set, accessible via this link: https://www.artstation.com/emelnikov/albums/995688. The house features 2033 polygons and 1661 vertices, rendered using Corona Renderer. However, it is not optimized for gaming. The model consists of seven parts: roof, roof mini, walls, doors and windows, rails, logs, and base. Textures are available at 4K resolution (excluding roof_mini at 2K). Files include: House_10_(3dsmax2016_corona_render).max (tuned with Corona Renderer), House_10_(3dsmax2016_vray_render).max (converted from Corona Renderer, Vray materials assigned but needs fine-tuning), House_10_(FBX_2013).FBX, House_10_(OBJ).rar, Textures.rar, and Renders.rar.
