Introducing Western House #9, a part of the western village set showcased here: https://www.artstation.com/emelnikov/albums/995688. This intricate house model comprises 6 parts: roof, walls, doors and windows, rails, logs, and base. The polygon count is 2529 with 3066 vertices. Textures provided are 4K. The scene was prepared for rendering using Corona Renderer, but the model isn't optimized for gaming purposes. Two 3DS Max files are included - one tuned with Corona Renderer and another converted from the former with Vray materials assigned (requires fine-tuning). Additionally, an FBX and OBJ file are provided for export flexibility. Texture files include various ambient, curvature, diffuse, glossiness, height, ior, normal, and reflection maps for base, logs, railing, roof, walls, and windows.
