Western Tower - Khatt, Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE

Human: Khatt Western Tower, Mud Brick, Early 20th Century - The tower stands tall at the westernmost edge of the town of Khatt in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE. Three storeys high, it rises from an artificial mound within a boys school grounds. Walls incline inwardly as they ascend, forming a sturdy base for the tower's structure. The top floor remains unroofed, surrounded by a protective parapet wall that offers a commanding view of its surroundings. Alongside Burj Al-Madina and Burj Al-Anbar, the western tower completes a defensive ring around the Khatt Oasis. This 3D model was created using 225 drone-captured images, meticulously processed and cleaned in Reality Capture software.
