This compact box features 11 distinct compartments, each designed to accommodate a standard-sized western blot membrane, whether nitrocellulose or PVDF, measuring 8.3 cm by 13 cm. It also accommodates up to 12 well SDS PAGE gels. The primary purpose of this compartmentalized design is to facilitate simultaneous incubation with multiple antibody samples against a single membrane-loaded antigen. By doing so, it enhances statistical power through repeated sampling, conserves valuable antibodies, and minimizes the need for membrane stripping. Each compartment measures 8.5 cm by 1.36 cm.
