A 3D model of an Old Western Bank features high-quality 4096x4096 textures and was created using 3ds Max 2014, with Substance Painter handling the texturing. The model adheres to a centimeter unit system and is built to real-world scale. It comes with seven texture sets (Diffuse, AO, Base Color, Glossiness, Height, Metalic, Normal, Roughness, Reflection, Specular) for use in both Unity and Unreal 3D game engines. Textures have been tested using Mormoset Toolbag, making it ideal for VR or game environment use. All included elements (models, textures, maps, etc.) have logically named files.
