First of all, I need to express my gratitude to a few individuals who played a crucial role in inspiring me to finally tackle this long-awaited project. I'd like to thank arboriginal for providing the motivation I needed to get started by posting his 200% FO Joe, rbuckbailey for creating the figure that served as inspiration for many of the joints, and amshuma94 for creating a figure that demonstrated how to convert Bethesda's model into an articulated figure. Their works can be found in the remix section. All the parts are already oriented for optimal printing. To achieve strength without using too much filament, I recommend printing with 5+ walls and low infill (about 15%). The entire figure required approximately 250g of filament. Note that the arm and leg parts need to be reversed and printed twice; however, this can easily be done on the slicer. For those experiencing difficulty, I've uploaded already turned part files. Assembly is relatively straightforward with only a few points to consider. First, attach the arm rings to the holes where the shoulders will fit. These act as bushings and can be glued in place. To ensure a tighter fit for the arms, apply a small amount of superglue to the inside of the ring. The leg pins should work well without the need for glue, but I recommend using M3 machine screws instead of the provided arm pins. When printing, choose whether you want the jetpack prior to assembly. The back part should be glued onto the torso, and the jetpack is attached to it. This figure was designed to be exactly 200% the size of Fallout Joe, allowing all its awesome weapons and hands to fit perfectly. You can find the links for the accessories in the remix section. The vault meat head, plasma pistol, minigun, and quad barrel shotgun are also available in the remix section. Edit: Added side parts on March 5th, 2020.
