Small area of outcrop within a mature privately owned plantation, situated near West Horton in Northumberland. Recorded on the Beckensall Archive as 'West Horton 2b', this carving was added to ERA by NADRAP in 2008. The motifs consist of a cup with a double penannular band, a cup and ring motif, three cups with partial rings, and three separate cups. The carved area measures approximately 0.5m x 0.6m. ERA Record: https://archaeologydataservice.ac.uk/era/section/panel/overview.jsf?eraId=62 Although the carving is not scheduled, it is listed in Northumberland County Council's HER: http://www.keystothepast.info/article/10339/Site-Details?PRN=N3897 A 3D model was created from three stereo pairs captured by Joe Gibson during NADRAP recording in March 2007. The imagery forms part of the full NADRAP archive deposited with Historic England and Northumberland County Council.
