This is for a VW Passat - unfortunately I don't know the year - you can change the diameter if you want.  Its a West Ham football club hood ornament.  I made it for my friend for Christmas.  It measures 5.1 inches (129.5mm) in diameter.  I did it in a hurry so please don't judge the CAD - it's ugly. But the final part came out pretty cool and he really liked it.
