The Wesley House, a medium-rise tower in Brisbane, Australia, stands at 37 meters and consists of 11 floors. Designed by Fulton Trotter Architects, it was completed in 2009. The accompanying Sketchup file is from 2017 and is geo-referenced for Thea Render 1.5 compatibility. This model features low polygon counts for an accurate representation of the original objects, with optimized resolutions for efficiency. All colors can be easily modified, and the model comes fully textured with applied materials.
