Greetings! Introducing my custom-designed hexagonal Allen key holder set. I've developed a complete system for organizing tool holders to prevent loose tools inside cases. Each tool has its own dedicated holder that can be screwed onto a plywood board (using Spax 3 mm screws). The integrated holes for the screws ensure stability. I've installed these plywood panels vertically within Tanos Systainer cases, along with U-profiles (http://www.systainer.de) on an area of 300 mm x 400 mm. This setup accommodates approximately 60 tools, including screwdrivers, wrench sets, pliers, and electric testers. The designs for these holders were created using Catia V5 software.
