Parametric storage rack to mount any number of Wera Kraftform Micro screwdrivers to a Wall Control panel. The Fusion360 backup file is included, I also included an instruction image to help with changing parameters. The model parameters allow modification of the number of screwdrivers held. Adjustment for the thickness of your Wall Control panel, it is setup for the galvanized panel as is, you may need to adjust to use with color panels. Finally the width of the tab that slides into the Wall Control slots can be adjusted. I have this set to a default of 2mm, if you print 2 or 3 slot racks then you may want a wider tab for rigidity. I do not recommend wider tabs for >3 slot racks.Several pre-exported .3mf files are available. 1 to 10 slot racks designed to fit the Galvanized Wall Control panels (in both versions). You may need to tweak the parameters to get the fit just right for your panels and screwdrivers. (I would normally include .stl files as well, but I already have 20+ files and don't want to crowd it too much)The Bambu Studio .3mf file is included for easy printing using a X1C. Use the “Replace with STL” option on the 3rd build plate to change out the 10 slot premium rack with your desired mesh file. Two versions are available:Standard: A single material version that prints without supports. It is designed to be a very tight fit on the clasp, trim this with a file or cutters to fit your screwdrivers. I am using PLA and it works fine, but a more flexible material would work better.Premium: A 3 part 2 material version that prints without supports. It is designed to use a TPU retainer that snugly grabs the screwdriver and won't damage the finish. The cap is designed to be a snug fit on the base and will hold the TPU retainer in place without glue.Print Instructions:Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS for the body and top cap then TPU for the retainerStandard print settings otherwiseBe careful to avoid warped prints, bed adhesion is very important to ensure the final rack will fit into the slots (A brim may help)Racks ≥10 slots will work just be careful with warpingPrint the Test Print model out first to make sure you dial in the parametersNotes:If you want to modify the model slide the timeline back to before the copy operation, that way your changes will still work with the parametersBe careful when inserting and removing the rack, the fit will be tight and it takes a specific motion to lock and unlock the Wall Control tabsPractice with the small Test Fit models to make sure it will fit in your panelThe racks are designed to fit side by side so you could print multiple smaller racks if you have issues with warpingLet me know if you have any issues or need another file generated and can't get it to work yourself. I have the galvanized panels if you test with painted ones let me know how they fit.
