Wera Handle 2.5mm Hex/Allen Key Screwdriver

This is a 3.0mm Allen key holder with the handle shape from a Wera screwdriver. This design has been tested and confirmed to work at sizes 2.5mm, 3mm, and 4mm. For larger prints of size 4mm or more, print the handle at 0.3mm layer heights but keep the bottom part at 0.2mm to prevent stringy threads. I applied super glue to secure the tip once I was confident in its fit, which enhanced the tool's strength without being necessary. This holder can be printed without supports, but printing with supports improved the quality of the threads and allowed them to be printed simultaneously. I have included multiple files: 2.5 Wera - Wera - 2.5x75-2.STL, 2.5 Wera - Wera - 2.5x75 - Copy-1.STL, Wera Bottom 3.STL, and Wera Bottom 3.2.STL. These files are the original versions and may work well with PLA, which holds tolerance better than PETG. However, I found that the hex part of the handle was too tight, so I used the 3.0 version of these files, which have a larger hole (3 and 3.2 instead of 2.9). Next, I included an untested beefier version where the parts that were weak and breaking have been increased in thickness. The outer dimensions remain the same, making it possible to scale this design for use with other sizes. For example, scaling up the 4mm hex by 160% should work well. EDIT: These beefier versions are recommended; use them and scale them up as needed.
