Wendy's Restaurant is a scaled model, approximately 90'-0 x 45'-0 in size, built with materials such as brick, metal panels, stone colored panels, corrugated metal panels, and metal trim. The design was created in Revit, further refined in 3ds Max, and rendered using Vray and HDRI lighting (HDRI not included). The menu board text is changeable and modeled as a 3ds Max text. Two quick renders were done in Revit as well. The pylon sign is grouped both independently and with the main model. All objects are positioned at 0,0,0 coordinates. Material images for concrete, brick, and Wendy's logo face are included (note that buyer must obtain necessary permissions for using online-downloaded menu images). RTU units are incorporated, and the top row of windows features spandrel panels. A soldier course brick detail with a map is also provided; however, the interior is not part of this model.
