This is a replacement water reservoir for a Wen Wet Stone grinder. I purchased one at an estate sale recently, but it lacked the tank. Using the included manual and my calipers, I successfully determined the shape of the container and re-created it from scratch. To my surprise, Sears still offers part 2900B10 on their parts site for a reasonable $7.99, although I didn't feel like waiting for delivery, so I made one myself! The water fill line marking was just an educated guess, but as long as the water level remains above the hose, you should be good to go.
