This is just a small modification of WellFan-Part2.stl. Go grab Part 1 and 3 from here (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3644667)! I have my printer in a tight spot and the recessed hole that pacman42 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3644667) did would bring my printer dangerously close to the front edge of my desk, so I moved the big square hole to the front! :) I also added more vent holes and an alternative cable hole on the back. As you can see, this remix was all about them holes. ;) Kudos to pacman42 (https://www.thingiverse.com/pacman42/about) for providing the f3d file. If anyone wants I'll also include it, but I believe you'd be better served by grabbing the original one here https://a360.co/2wd4h9M.
