Some People just clamp their soldering iron into a vise or just set it on their work surface in order to have both hands free for certain soldering processes (like tinning small wires). This attachment clamps into a Panavise 203 1" Multi-Angle head and holds a soldering iron securely in a tapered barrel. This will keep the soldering iron stable for processes that require both hands and a stationary iron. Updates: Adjusted key positions so now the module fits in the jaws in multiple orientations Next Iterations: 1) Parametric files to adjust for different sized irons. This one specifically designed for a standard Weller iron (more specifically the one that comes with the WES51 station). 2) More generic clamping surface for a generic vise or other attachment point.
