I built a new switch panel for my 98 Wellcraft Eclipse 2000SS from scratch. The old one was beyond repair after breaking into several pieces. Instead of printing it out, I had it precision-cut from 3/32 aluminum using a water-jet cutter and am thrilled with the outcome. Still, I'm convinced that an ABS print would also be incredibly durable.
