Welding Jigs

The parts here might not be useful to you as-is but the idea might be. I needed to weld some tabs onto some 2" steel pipe. I wanted a first tab be centered and normal to the arc of the pipe. And I wanted a second tab to be vertically aligned with and at 90 degrees to the first tab. The "ring tool" holds the first weld tab in the proper centered-and-normal orientation to allow me to do a quick tack weld to hold it in position. The plastic ring was then removed for final welding. The "90 degree tool" orients the second tab at the same height as the first and at a precise 90 degrees from the first tab. A quick tack weld before removing the plastic for final welding. A quick tack weld doesn't generate enough heat to affect the plastic here. Regardless, I printed in PETG for its higher temperature stability.
