Welding Cart

A custom-designed welding cart, inspired by online ideas and tailored to my specific requirements, features a top shelf for assorted items, second shelf for the welder, and bottom shelf for a water cooler. It also has a full drawer on slides and added hooks for cables and pedal holder. Additionally, I created a holder for six types of rods and sourced wheels/casters from Home Depot while getting metal supplies from Metal Supermarkets. Main frame is 1.5" square tubing at 0.065", support tubing for shelves is 1" with same thickness. All square tubing was capped, holders made with cut-in-half round tubes and welded sheet metal. Despite some flexing issues due to heat during welding, this project was a valuable learning experience. Questions are welcome!
