Welder Electrode box

Welder Electrode box

Hey guys ! I just created a small project for all the welders who deal with ELECTRODE welding posts, and I want to share it with you. It's a simple solution that prevents accidental moves from twisting or crushing the electrode, which often happens. This design can also be used for has rods or any other type of stick. It's parametric, meaning you can put one tube inside another, as many times as you like! The application is not limited to electrodes; I personally use it for archery arrows and other outdoor activities. Each tube is 110 mm high with a 10 mm fitting section that allows them to be glued or assembled together. The inside diameter of each tube is 30 mm. I can stack around 50 electrodes, each 1.6 mm in diameter, but I haven't counted how many 2 mm and 2.5 mm diameters will fit. If you find this interesting, please give it a like; your appreciation for the work would mean a lot! For more information or questions, feel free to leave a comment; I'll be happy to help. You can also check out my Facebook page for more projects: https://www.facebook.com/WaveProduction-898263533576863/. If you have any requests or suggestions, send me a message; I'd love to hear from you! Print Settings: * Supports: Yes * Resolution: Fine - Normal - Gross (all possible) * Infill: As desired * Notes: Layer height recommended: 0.20 - 0.25 for all parts How I Designed This The hassle of finding electrodes in a disorganized mess, some broken or folded in two, was enough to motivate me to create a small container that can be used for various purposes. It's not just for electrodes; it can also store plastic rods or simple sticks for BBQs or outdoor activities like archery. You're free to find your own use for this design since it's not limited to its intended purpose.
