This is my latest 3D printing endeavor, featuring a custom-built printer with a sturdy 30x30x2mm aluminum profile frame. The print bed measures an impressive 300x300x350mm in height, offering ample space for creating intricate projects. One of the standout features of this printer is its modular design, allowing you to customize the frame proportions to suit your specific needs. All rods are precision-crafted at a uniform 10mm diameter, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. To ensure maximum stability, I opted for a robust welding process when assembling the frame. This deliberate approach guarantees that every component works in harmony, providing a rock-solid foundation for precise printing results. Please note: It is crucial to duplicate and partially mirror the rod holder and Z motor mount in your slicer software to achieve optimal alignment and prevent print failures.
