<p>Replacement tip for Welch Allyn pneumatic otoscopy tube.</p> <p>Best to print with the press fit top up. I print at 0.1 layers with supports. Usually print in ABS, be careful with heat. It was pretty difficult to get it to lay down the first layer correctly, so the larger the brim the better most likely. I used 0.1mm layer height and print at around 40mm/sec print speed. Takes about 14 minutes to print. Works well and is sturdy. If you require more airflow you can take a 1/16 drill bit to ream the middle prior to use, but it works fine either way.</p></div> </p></p> Category: Parts
