Sandpaper Emery File Such a file is particularly well-suited for hard metals and plastics of all kinds. The best sand paper is on a textile background, which can tear off quite nicely. Cutting, even with scissors, is not worthwhile. All the parts I have here posted were printed out and tested or improved. Also, I include the same FreeCAD work file so that skilled hobbyists can modify the project in their own way. The project piece is 14 cm long. Non-Rusting countersunk screw M4 (20 mm length) with nut.
