The "weirdopter" is a unique wooden helicopter model, boasting a square shape that defies conventional aerodynamic laws. Despite its odd appearance, it's fully animatable, with features like opening doors, turning door handles, rotating rotors, tilting engines, and animatable arrows and buttons. Powered by two impeller engines with four rotors each, the weirdopter is designed for humanoid figures about 160-190 cm tall. It also includes a spacious luggage compartment and removable passenger seats for added versatility. Instruments like GPS and compass are incorporated for flight navigation, while all objects are linked to the main object for easy scaling and customization. However, its suitability as a real-life helicopter prototype is uncertain, so use at your own risk. The 3D model is available in 3ds Max 2019, 2016, and FBX formats, with a 500-frame demo animation included. Note that some texture reassignment may be required depending on the application and file format.
