Experience more mathematical-based 3D art; wish I'd studied parametric equations more at school. To print, use Pronterface with a 0.2 scale for slic3r settings. Share photos of your printed result, even if it fails – I'm curious! The mesh may be inside out, so check in Meshlab. I'm still learning; created this artwork using k3dSurf and fixed it in Netfabb.
