Weird Box

This is a gift for a buddy. It was carved from walnut and maple. I utilized two milling tools: one 6mm and one 4mm bit. It should be pretty straightforward to shape the components, mostly contours and pockets. The assembly can be observed in the video clip. Cutting rates (6mm): 3600mm/min Spindle:25.000rpm Cutting speed (4mm):2000mm/min Spindle:25.000rpm To learn more about creating this project, watch the making-of video at https://youtu.be/6N61enrXnng.
