Weinsberg CaraOne (not only) 390QD air suply deflector
thingiverse
Last winter, after a long vacation, I returned home to find my Weinsberg Caravan with many conduits still filled. The freezing temperatures outside made me realize that emptying the conduits was essential to prevent damage. As I emptied them all, I noticed that the conduits under the seats in the back were taking an unusually long time to thaw out. This was due to a ventilation system built into the floor of the caravan, directly beneath the pipes and conduits for heating. Cold air from outside was hitting these pipes directly. I decided to measure this ventilation system and build a deflector that would redirect the cold air past the pipes. It's possible that other Weinsberg and Knaus Caravans use the same ventilation system. To print my deflector, I used an Renkforce RF1000 3D printer with a raft setting of doesn't matter, supports disabled, a resolution of 0.2mm, and an infill percentage of 50%.
