Weightless extruder mod QQ-S Pro

<p>I struggled a bit to find a easy to print and use "weightless extruder"-mod for the FLSun QQ-S.</p> <p>Mount the extruder nut and bolt through the center hole in the QQ-S-top part.</p> <p>I have used some rubber-bands to fix the string to a flying extruder, and just tied a bottle to the other end as a counter-weight</p> <p>No supports required</p> <p>PLA works great</p> <p>Layer-height 0.2mm, could probably work with higher.</p> <p>Print 2 pulleys and bearing-holders</p> <p>Needs:</p> <p>2x: 608 ball-bearings for inserting into the pulleys.</p> <p>2x: M4 x 20 bolt/screw for fixing the bearing-holder in place in place.</p> <p>2x: M4 bolts and nuts to fix counterweight arm to original extruder-mount-holes.</p> <p>1x: String</p> <p>1x: Counterweight (I have used a soda-bottle filled with a bit of water.)</p> <p>M4-bolts will be self-tapping</p> <p>My flying-extruder design:</p> <p><a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4888099">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4888099</a></p> <h3>Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer:</strong></p> <p>QQ-S Pro</p> <p class="detail-setting rafts"><strong>Rafts: </strong> <div><p>No</p></div> <p><strong>Supports:</strong></p> <p>No</p> <p class="detail-setting resolution"><strong>Resolution: </strong> <div><p>0.2</p></div> <p><strong>Filament:</strong> generic PLA</p> </p></p> Category: 3D Printer Accessories
