This head allows for heavier materials to be inserted into cutouts and sealed in to save filament while still offering a good heft. I secured my caps with E6000 adhesive. The design specifies a 3/4-inch PVC pipe of any length to be press-fit into the central hole, serving as a handle. You can attach the head with glue or opt for a press fit for added portability. I printed mine using a 0.6mm nozzle with 0.3mm layer thickness, five walls, six top and bottom layers, and 80% cubic subdivision infill. Filling it with metal BBs resulted in a weight of approximately 200 grams. Print the plugs at 96% scale for a tighter fit or at 100% for a more noticeable protrusion.
