Weighted Apple Watch charging stand

I crafted a custom charging stand specifically tailored to my Apple Watch, requiring a sturdy base and sufficient room for my metal looped band. To achieve this, I printed the design using PETG material at a layer height of 0.4mm. This versatile setup allows for compatibility with various materials and layer heights. To ensure the stand remained securely weighted, I carefully designed holes in its base that can be filled with metal components like screws or scraps. Subsequently, I covered these openings with adhesive felt to prevent any scratching damage to surrounding surfaces. Eight months of continuous use have confirmed the charging stand's reliability and effectiveness, with no noticeable issues arising during this period.
