Weight Plate for Lifting (1.25lb)
thingiverse
Most gyms lack 1.25-pound plates, which are highly useful for upper body progress workouts. If you print two halves, you can fill the inside with weight and glue them together to create one plate. I used pennies (~186 per half) to achieve 1.25 pounds. You could also use concrete or sand as a filling material. The central piece is not required, but gluing it onto the middle can provide additional strength. This design fits a standard barbell (2-inch diameter). No rattling or sounds occur from the coins within. I discovered an alternative 1.25-pound plate design but found it too large and overly complex. This is my own creation, not a remix.
