Area of exposed outcrop situated at the eastern end of Weetwood Moor, near Wooler, Northumberland. This particular area is one of over two dozen carvings grouped together on Weetwood Moor. Reference "Weetwood Moor 2f" can be found in the Beckensall Archive (BA). The archive documents a cup and ring with smaller cups, but only the cup was removed during NADRAP recording. A circular shape appears around the cup in this model, although it's possible that natural elements on the stone were used by the carvers. ERA record including BA information: https://archaeologydataservice.ac.uk/era/section/panel/overview.jsf?eraId=145. Historic England area scheduling: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1415509. Model created from 4 directional photos taken by Team 1 in May 2006, forming part of the NADRAP / ERA archive.
