Weeping Yogi

Thingiverse was in need of a weeping yogi, so I tracked down one belonging to a coworker and scanned it using 123D Catch. The result was then cropped into a printable model using meshmixer. Unfortunately, the original carving is extremely small, about the size of my thumb, which means the resulting scan has some limitations in terms of detail. However, I'm still impressed that features like fingers and ears were captured at all! If someone else uploads a weeping yogi with higher detail, either scanned or original, it would be a big help! A more detailed model could serve as a great base for serious projects or just weird mashups. Instructions: Slice and print using your preferred settings. The example print shown here was made using my standard approach: * 0.2 mm layers * 2 perimeters * 25% infill * Replicator 1 surfaced with blue tape * Whatever color was already loaded (mainly just testing the scan/fixup pipeline as I learn)
